Susan J. Woodward was born and raised on the East Coast and came to San Diego in 1983. Sue has worked with Joe Cohen, Founding Partner of HoyleCohen, since 1987 when he was a sole practitioner with a very small practice.
When Joe Cohen and Kevin Hoyle merged in 2002 and became HoyleCohen, LLC, Sue remained Joe’s Client Relationship Manager. For over twenty five years, Sue has been a vital member of Joe’s team, serving as the first point of contact for all of his clients. Her extensive on-the-job experience and unerring eye for detail underscore Sue’s legendary skill at managing workflow for clients and other members of Joe’s team.
Even in her personal life, service to others is an integral part of who Sue is. Within her own community at home, Sue loves meeting new people and helping whenever she can. Sue and her husband Dan have two grown children and five granddaughters. In 2010, Sue and her husband adopted two of the grandchildren. Sue and Dan spend their free time traveling, visiting family in Illinois, where they plan to relocate when they retire.
