Chuck Ebersole joined his practice with HoyleCohen in 2014. With over 40 years in the financial services industry, he is committed to offering the most current financial solutions that the industry has to offer for the complex problems or advantageous opportunities his clients face. By joining the firm, he has secured his promise to his clients by building continuity into his practice and making more financial solutions and resources available to clients.
To meet his commitment, he attained industry standards of education by receiving and maintaining his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designations for nearly three decades. Chuck also recently received the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation, a professional certification demonstrating the knowledge and tools to help clients articulate and advance their highest aspirations for self, family and society.
His professional involvements outside of the office also demonstrate his passion for the work he does and the clients he serves. Chuck is a 1977-Current Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a trade association formed in 1927 to help insurance salespeople and financial advisors establish best business practices and develop ethical and effective ways to increase client interest in financial products, specifically risk-based products like life insurance, disability and long term care. Chuck is also a Charter Member of the Legacy Wealth Coach group focusing on the newest innovations in Legacy Planning and has been a Legacy Wealth Coach since 1996. Notably, he has been a K2 group member of the Legacy Wealth Coach Network of advisors since 2004.
Chuck served as Past President of the Golden Empire Chapter of the American Heart Association, Sacramento Estate Planning Council and Sacramento Planned Giving Forum. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University - Sacramento and an Associate of Arts degree from Sacramento City College.
He has also authored five books: The Future of You (2012); It is Not About Your Money, It is About Your Life (2010); Business Owners Retirement Plan Survival Guide (1996); The Value of “Beyond Expectations” Service: creating a career of value (1991); and The Survival Guide for Heirs (1988).
